Privacy: what is private, what is public

- Your client workspace data is private to your team and your HoldField contacts.
- The public Community never contains client workspace data — not in articles, search, events, or the AI assistant.
- Other clients cannot see your workspace, and you cannot see theirs.
- Access is checked on every request; being sent a link is never the same as being granted access.
If you ever see something in your workspace that looks like it belongs to another organization, stop and contact HoldField Support immediately — that would be a boundary violation and we treat it as one.
