I can't sign in to my workspace

  • Use the private invitation link you were sent — the public Community login does not open a client workspace.
  • Invitation links can expire. If yours no longer works, ask your HoldField contact to reissue it.
  • Access is tied to the email the invitation was sent to. Signing in with a different address will not work.

If none of these resolve it, reply to your HoldField contact or use the contact option in the Community — do not share your invitation link with anyone else while troubleshooting.
